The Application of asphalt pavement regeneration technology greatly reduces the waste of resources, has great economic and social benefits. In this paper, based on "large scale cryogenic environment in XinJiang dosage of waste asphalt mixture regeneration key technology research" to carry out the research, Through the performance evaluation of old asphalt mixture, and regeneration of old asphalt mixture gradation variability control performance research, analysis of regeneration performance of old asphalt mixture, explore its regeneration efficiency, and put forward the corresponding control standards.First, on the field survey, relying on the project of the old road in xinjiang, analyzes the main original pavement disease to understand the disease cause and the location of the project hydrology and climate conditions, for the purpose of plant mix thermal regenerative materials preparation.Second, to adopt the new material and the indicators of old asphalt mixture were determined. Based on the old asphalt mixture gradation variability analysis, on the original pavement asphalt mixture for crushing and screening, then the asphalt mixture along with when you don’t step grading of variation. By studying the integrity of the mixture can be divided into two levels and three gradation variation situation, provide theoretical basis for the final step. By using scientific calculation method of the blending ratio, make the old asphalt mixture has been fully taken advantage of.Third, the paper analyzes the new asphalt and the regeneration agent on the performance of old asphalt recovery situation, on this basis to determine the species of regenerant and optimal dosage. Through the old and the new tar amalgamation after the performance of the recycled asphalt, simulation of new to old tar in the process of recycling asphalt regeneration. By drawing up a different test conditions(preheating temperature and mixing time, the old if add regeneration agent) for studying the old asphalt regeneration utilization, analyzes the utilization degree of regeneration of old asphalt mixture, and puts forward the optimal preheating temperature and mixing time of the old material. As a result, the combination of old asphalt regeneration utilization of old asphalt mixture asphalt membrane research, analysis of new materials with the existence of the old asphalt aggregate surface membrane.Fourth, according to the new asphalt regeneration condition of old asphalt, can find out that recycled asphalt mixture performance of old asphalt recovery minimum than old asphalt, so as to determine the maximum of the old asphalt mixture blending proportion. Compared to traditional design method of asphalt mixture, this paper uses a new design method for mix proportion design of recycled asphalt mixture, give full consideration to the asphalt content of each step. Marshall test to determine the optimum asphalt content, testing of the recycled mixture high temperature stability, water stability, low temperature stability.Fifth, the hot recycled asphalt mixture are analyzed, the results show that the use of renewable technology of asphalt pavement, has significant economic and social benefits.
