Hot in plant Asphalt Pavement regeneration technology is a complete set of technology, which used a specialized machinery to mill the old asphalt pavement,recycling the old Asphalt mixture and use crushing-screening equipment to finish early treatment, according to production requirements, incorporation different particle size of waste Regeneration Asphalt Pavement material(Referred to RAP), new aggregate and fresh asphalt to re-mix into recycled asphalt mixture, this kind of asphalt mixture should meet the requirement of road use performance,then used for paving the asphalt pavement structure layer.This paper mainly studies of recycled asphalt mixture based on Hot in plant Asphalt Pavement regeneration technology, focusing on the influence factors of recycled asphalt mixture during in laboratory design phase, the major influence factors including: the blended ratio of RAP, the dosage of regeneration agent, the reaction time and reaction temperature.To increase the rate of RAP blending, the synthetic approaches of base material to control of gradation, and then use the test section of the recycling RAP grading to compose the benchmark material, by fitting with standard mineral aggregate gradation to conclude the benchmark material synthesis grading based on this subject project, test several aspects like the Marshall stability, high temperature stability, low temperature stability, water stability performance with its optimum asphalt content(the best dosage of asphalt mixture of RAP blending rate 50%, 60% and 70% is respectively 4.8%,4.95% and 5.1%),the test result shows that : the benchmark material synthesis method of preparation of recycled asphalt mixture gradation, can effectively reduce the variability of RAP renewable particles, and to improve the blending ratio of RAP.By comparing experimental verification the influence to recycled asphalt mixture performance of the four aspects include the blending ratio of RAP, the dosage of regeneration agent, reaction time, reaction temperature, the test results show that the road performance of the regeneration asphalt mixture will gradually decline when the RAP blending rate rises, It will not meet the specification requirements when blending rate get to 70%, when the dosage of regeneration agent in a certain range can significantly improve the performance of recycled asphalt mixture, but not the more thebetter, the main influence factor is cost control; The influence of reaction time on the regenerative asphalt mixture performance characteristic is mainly reflected in the longer the reaction time brings the better effect; The optimum reaction temperature is 30-35 ℃,when the temperature is exceed to 35 ℃,the performance of RAP recycled asphalt mixture will decline.
