With the development of China’s economy, more and more reinforced support technology for all types of construction projects such as highway engineering, water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, railway engineering, industrial and civil building construction in the slope. Prestressed anchor cable is one of the most widely used in slope reinforcement technology. Prestressed anchor cable takes a key role to inspire the self-bearing capacity of rock mass, to adjust and improve the stregth and self-stabilization of rock and soil, and to decrease the deadweight of the supporting structure. Prestressed anchor cable can save the cost of the project,guarantee the project quality and construction safety and stability, so It has an outstanding performance in the social and economic benefits. Therefore, exploring the principle of prestressed anchor cable in slope engineering and failure mode is worth researching common. In this paper, the author takes the applied research as a starting point, combined with theoretical analysis and numerical analysis of two aspects of the prestressed anchor cable in rock slope engineering research of prestressed anchor cable effect on slope stability, the main work is as follows:①According to the type of application of prestressed anchor cable in rock slope engineering, analysis of summed up the principle of slope reinforced by prestressed anchor cables.②Study the influence factors of anchor cable prestress failure, at the same time, through the analysis of the commonly used methods of slope stability analysis, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their application scope. Detailed introduction to the main influencing factors of slope instability and failure mode, and in-depth study of the single anchor, anchor group effect on slope stability.③The numerical analysis theory is studied, and the slope failure criterion and constitutive model were selected.④The horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, plastic zone for the development in the failure of the slope under different conditions was simulated using the numerical simulation software FLAC3 D.Finally, according to the anchor to reinforce the slope failure of prestressed concrete on slope stability influence is studied the deformation and the change of safety factor in slope under the condition of the prestressed anchorage cables, and put forward some improvement measures of prestressed anchor cable failure.
