| With the rapid urbanization process in China, urban surface and a qualitative change in the original natural hydrological processes took place. Traditional gray infrastructure,aimed at flood control and fast drainage as a single functional, the construction scale and update rate is far behind the urban development needs, has been insufficient to address urban stormwater unilaterally, and lack the function of pollution in stormwater runoff, rainwater resource utilization, many cities are facing floods, water pollution and water scarcity issues such as rainwater. Relying solely on traditional gray infrastructure stormwater management approaches need to change. Green infrastructure as the country’s natural life support system, can achieve a reasonable planning and design of stormwater management "Smart Protection" and "sustainable development."In this paper,the green infrastructure and stormwater management combine as the basic perspective, and analyses the development of relevant theory and practice of stormwater management at home and abroad.Besides, this paper summarizes the research results of green infrastructure. Based on the above result,the author proposes the framework stormwater management of mountain city,based on the planning and design of green infrastructure. Taking Beibei district in Chongqing City as the research object, analyses each scale stormwater management strategies of Beibei district in Chongqing city. The main results are as follows:(1) Through the review of related theory and practice of BMPs, LID, SUDS, WSUD, LIUDD and other domestic and foreign stonnwater management, the author summarizes the similarities and differences of the stormwater management system from the aspects of principle, applicable scope, scale, function and technical measures at home and abroad. Pointing out the stormwater management based on green infrastructure, includin g the progress in theory and practice.(2) Through the introduction of mountain city stormwater management connotation and content, this paper analyses different elements of mountain city,from the aspect of terrain, geology, climate, hydrology, vegetation and other point of view Conclusion the mountainous city stormwater management present situation and the existing problems of technical framework.(3) This paper researches theoretical system of GI concept,from the concept, connotation, essence,scale and other aspects,and tells the difference between the analysis of ecological infrastructure, green, ecological network.Besides,this paper introduces the practice of GI, analyses and compares the similarities and differences between Maryland and Seattle models, and analyses " network centric "connecting corridor", "small space" features of GI elements of mountain city.(4) This paper describes the connotation and basic goal of mountainous city stormwater management,based on green infrastructure planning and design,points out the advantage of mountainous city stormwater management,based on green infrastructure planning and design,both from relations between the city planning, landscape ecology, low impact development, green infrastructure and stormwater management, as well as multi scale and vertical of stormwater management of GI. Summarizing the general technical framework of mountainous city stormwater management,based on green infrastructure planning and design, and constructes stormwater management strategy,from the scale of regional, community and site.(5) Taking Beibei distinct in Chongqing City as the object of practice, introduces the natural environment and social economic status of Beibei city, analyses spatial structure, space structure, the overall distribution and present situation of stormwater management of Beibei city, and describes the macro and micro level of stormwater management strategy of Beibei city. |
