With the rapid expansion of the development of social economy and city, city road network is experiencing a rapid development process. Although state and local governments have put forward appropriate norms and standards in the planning and design of city road network, but these standards are only in the meet traffic demand and the level of safety, to further consider the nature of the road traffic facilities, and for the existence of the mountain city traffic facilities humane the problem is more prominent.
