China owns wider land area and more complex terrain than other countries with high speed railway, such as Japan, France and Germany. So China’s high speed railway is in the more complicated environment, and it determines the complexity of high speed railway dispatching system in our country. So analyzing the structure of dispatching system of China is very significant to improve the system reliability and efficiency. This paper analyzes the structure of dispatching system. First, the organization management structure and system function structure of the high speed railway dispatching system are analyzed. Then the information transfer structure of dispatching system is analyzed. The main contents are as follows:Analyze the organization management structure of high speed railway dispatching system. First, an overview of the high speed railway dispatching management system has been done, and the organization management structure is divided into vertical structure and horizontal structure. Then this paper analyzes the management level and vertical control structure of dispatching system in the longitudinal structure. At last, this paper analyzes management range of dispatch command management department, internal personnel organization and the external coordination organization structure based on scheduling in the horizontal organization structure.Analyze the system function structure of high speed railway dispatching system. According to functional architecture and the business process, this paper analyzes the function factors of the dispatching system composition and the interaction relationship between elements. Then this paper calculates the degrees about effect, center and reason of function elements to analyze interaction relationship between each function subsystem and the influence degree. Then this paper analyzes closely related degree between each factor based on the analysis of the functional elements of the interaction relationship between each factor. Then according to the related degree of different combination of factors this paper divides dispatching system function factors into main factors and output factors. At last, this paper proposes evaluation method of function reliability that takes dispatching system as repairable series-parallel system.Analyze the information transfer structure of high speed railway dispatching system. According to the information transfer process of high speed railway dispatching system, this paper takes dispatching information transfer system as a single input and single output linear time-invariant series and parallel control system combining the theory of controling engineering. And this paper describes the information transmission process of dispatching system by the system block diagram. First, the characteristic equation and characteristic root of dispatching information system are calculated and we can evaluate the stability of dispatching information transmission structure by judging whether all characteristic roots have negative real part. Then this paper calculates the steady-state error of dispatching system and evaluates the information transmission control accuracy of the dispatching system by judging the size of the steady-state error. At last this paper calculates the information transmission time of dispatching system and judges the information transfer speed of dispatching system base on the size of information transmission time.
