| Mechanical manufacturing is in a fundamental position in the national industry,It is also a pillar industry of a country,and have significant influence of national economy.At the same time,the level of machinery manufacturing can also reflect the level of China’s economic construction to a certain extent.From the beginning of last century,a large number of foreign groups have stationed in Chinese market especially the automotive manufacturing.In the current economic situation,the survival of automobile manufacturing industry is difficult day by day.Many problems and shortcomings will be hidden when the sales volume is fine.However,more and more companies will realize that there are some internal problems in their operating process.The VA company which we researched in this thesis is the wholly-owned subsidiary of VA Group,mainly produce transmissions for VA group.Although VA company sets the standard for the most modern and innovative automatic transmissions in the world,and VA also needs a large number of human beings to committed to the highest production standards to achieve a sustainable and effective use of resources.Along with the SOP of more and more types of transmission,the problem of its own organizational structure is gradually emerging.We analyzed the case of VA as the advanced manufacturing industry,to research the production status and whole organizational structure.With the high level interview and questionnaire ways to analyze the disadvantages the company have,and establish the organizational structure to adapting to the development of the primary productive force.What’s more,we also need to improving production efficiency,communication and collaboration among departments.Moreover,it is necessary to construct an organizational structure with clear layers,clear responsibilities,efficient management and division of labor. |
