The Research Of Remote Boiler Temperature Field Testing Device Based On GPRS

The heat-treatment furnace has an extensive application in industrial boilers, and its effective heating field environment will determine the effect of heat treatment process in the enterprise product, and it is also directly related to performance and quality of the product. With the rising attention of the product quality in the enterprise, the temperature detection in the field of heat treatment has become these new tasks and challenges in the traditional metrological verification institutions and emerging third-party testing calibration institutions. However, the temperature of heat treatment furnace effective field detection technique is a new topic which relative to the measurement of the traditional calibration work mechanism in the past, and the measurement process also has many difficult, such as bad test environment, long waiting time for the lack of efficiency, large amount of data and so on.According to these above problems, this paper is made up of high performance embedded microcontroller processor which is based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel microcontroller, containing the thermocouple temperature sensor memory, high speed A/D conversion circuit, E2PROM chips, GPRS module, serial communication interface, power supply circuit and power supply system, and use GPRS wireless communication module of industrial-grade, building a 10 channels heat treatment furnace remote effective heating area measurement and control system, and setting up multipoint temperature heat treatment furnace by remote measurement and control system which through the labview, realizing data real-time transmission data and data analysis.This design has high efficient low consumption, stable performance and low cost, through simplifying composition of the acquisition side from the field, it can reduce the power consumption of the device at the same time, improve the reliability of monitoring system, ensure that equipment in industrial boiler work environment conditions,and remain stable for a long time working condition; In addition, the system will meet the GB/T 9452-2012 \"the determination method of heat treatment furnace effective heating area\" (the standard),and realize multipoint temperature heat treatment furnace of remote measurement and control, and meet these basic requirement of unattended, automation, intelligent ih the future.
