| Under the influence of the economic downward pressure and the competition with other transportation means, though railway freight volume is growing, the growth is slowing down year by year. In response to the stress and challenge, China railway carried out freight transportation organization reform in our country. Freight transportation organization reform puts forward new requirements to the traditional organization methods of railway transportation, so it needs to research railway transport organization method of optimization on the condition of freight transportation organization reform.This paper puts forward the definition of demarcation and the importance of wagon flow organization at demarcation, summarizes the basic information of the main railway demarcation in our country, analyzes the train receiving-delivering status at demarcation between railway administrations, analyzes the empty of traffic flow at demarcation between railway administrations, the menu command, control and circuitous scheduling command are two kinds of methods commonly used of wagon flow organization by head office, analyzes the main factors influencing the from the train receiving-delivering status at demarcation loading, unloading, locomotive machine, Section through capacity, marshaling yards, and reward assessment mechanism.This paper analyzes the necessity of fright transportation reform at freight carry procedure, freight planning, freight pricing strategy, rail service and marketing strategy, puts forward the basic train of thought and the main goal of the fright transportation organization reform. This paper analyzes the difference between before and after the reform of fright transportation organization from acceptance and physical freight verification, freight transportation planning, daily management of loading,and the capacity safeguard mechanism.Fright transportation organization has three aspects of influence in wagon flow organization at demarcation. They are such as the complexity of traffic flow, carting time limit and customer personalized demand three aspects.This paper uses the rail freight transportation service level and operating income to define the benefits of train receiving-delivering at demarcation. The basic process of optimizing wagon flow organization at demarcation under condition of fright transportation reform is the implementation of freight organization reform-induced traffic produce-set the scheme of wagon flow organization at demarcation-the operation benefit. This paper selects service level changes and operating income as the scheme of wagon flow organization at demarcation’s optimization goal, analyzes the constraints of the model, constructs the scheme of wagon flow organization at demarcation’s optimization model, and designs the algorithm of solving the model based on the train belong to 1,2 class at the station and limited section deducting the train of 3 class’s carrying capacity.This paper analyzes train receiving-delivering status of Guangyuan demarcation and Dazhou demarcation between Chengdu railway administration and the Xi’an railway administration, constructs the scheme of wagon flow organization at demarcation’s optimization model based on the demarcations’ carrying capacity, This paper refers to relevant data to determine the model parameters, calculates the train belong to 1,2 class at the station and limited section deducting the train of 3 class’s carrying capacity, and using lingo software to solve the optimization model and get the optimization scheme of train receiving-delivering at demarcation.This paper comes up with four suggestions of optimization train receiving-delivering at demarcations. They are strengthening the whole railway network scheduling command, optimization train receiving-delivering at demarcations, strengthening the loading and unloading car organization and establish and improve the emergency transport organization plan. |
