| As the gradually promotion of the structure adjustment of the transportation of China and the transfer from road transport to rail transport,rail transport has become increasingly important in our country.Since railways cannot complete "door-to-door" transport in most cases,it needs to be combined with other methods to achieve multimodal transportation.Container transport is the key to railway multimodal transport.The railway container transportation is not complete in our country.Most of them are one-way transportation or round-trip trains between two destinations.Due to the varies demand of freight transport between places,problems such as uneven distribution of empty containers arising,causing the current situation that the number of containers in some areas cannot meet the needs of freight.Meanwhile the emerging transportation market requires railway transport companies to develop a high-frequency,punctual,fast,economical and stable transportation organization model.Therefore,this essay focus on the problems of multi-angle circular train transportation of railway containers,and optimizes the transportation organization by modeling.This paper studies the current problems of railway container transportation such as the uneven distribution of freight demand and the increased costs for transportation companies caused by the empty containers.For the purpose of optimizing the organization mode of railway container transportation,improving the transportation services,raising the efficiency of railway resources utilization,reducing the travel distance of empty containers and improving the economic benefits of railway transportation companies,the analysis and research focus on organization of multi-angle circular train transportation of railway containers from the perspectives of operating conditions,cargo transportation requirements,transportation routes,and operating plans.This paper also analyses the current container types suitable for carrying out the multi-angle circular train transportation of railway containers and the corresponding source of goods,freight stations,and feasible routes to provide theoretical support for the practice of this model.This paper studies the modeling optimization of the operation plans of the multi-angle circular train transportation of railway containers.According to the characteristics of the multi-angle circular train,establishing point-arc model,an arc-road model,and an improved arc-road model.Through numerical example analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the three models are studied.According to the actual OD volume between freight stations and the actual transportation distance,a case analysis was carried out on the selected container type and station,an optimized travel plan was established.The results indicate that the multi-angle container train of operating can combine the railway empty container allocation and heavy container transportation and solve the problem of uneven distribution of empty containers within a certain road network.It not only makes full use of railway resources to solve transportation organization problems such as uneven distribution of container space,but also helps railway transportation companies to reduce the economic losses caused by the separate transportation of empty containers and reduce the total cost of railway freight transportation. |
