Construction and Management is a diversified engineering program, a lot of internal factors will lead to a qualitative change in the whole process. A construction management goal is to work in a reasonable period specified, to play its cost-effectiveness, quality assurance and construction safety, to maintain normal smooth construction project. It requires the contracting company to ensure its development, provide competitive capacity and to ensure construction quality and safety.
