Quality Risk Research Of EAS&RIS Pumps Development Project For Hualong One Nuclear Reactor

With the development of the global energy,the demand for clean energy is further improved.Nuclear power,as the main force of clean energy,is one of the energy sources for China’s positive development."HPR1000" as China’s first generation 3 nuclear power unit with independent intellectual property rights,is an important nuclear power reactor type for China power export.The company is awarded the RIS and EAS pumps contract of first HPR1000 nuclear reactor.The pumps are nuclear safety equipment,and the technical requirement is apparently higher than former similar pumps.To guarantee the pumps to be delivered on time,the introduction of quality risk management in this project is of great significance.The article identifies quality problems of this project according to 5 quality elements of "human,equipment,material,method and environment ",using AHP method to quantify the quality problems identified,verifies the calculated results by the statistical data on the annual quality trend analysis,and chooses important quality problems according to the quantifying weights.Prepare solution for important quality problems by quality control procedures,manufacturing samples,nuclear safety culture construction and other methods to guarantee the quality and schedule for this project.
