With the rapid development of China aviation industry, the aircraft flight safety and economy of more and more be taken seriously. Aero-engine is the heart of the aircraft, because of its complex structure, poor working conditions, while long-term in a specific environment of high temperature, high pressure, high load, high speed and repetitive work, therefore, it is the highest failure rate of mechanical products, the largest maintenance workload the system, whose working condition directly affects flight safety of the aircraft. To use failure mode effect and hazard analysis, fuzzy fault tree analysis, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the entire troubleshooting process etc. The purpose is to identify the root cause, put forward the maintenance and improvement measures.In the process of determining the probability of fuzzy fault tree basic events by introducing the concept of fuzzy set, with a triangular fuzzy numbers to describe the probability of occurrence of the end of the event. Blurred the probability of the basic events of the traditional fault tree,and quantitative calculation of the established the fault tree analysis, then get fuzzy probability of aeroengine top events. Then calculate the basic event probabilities at different cut set of importance and rank, and thus pinpoint the fault source, to get an end event that whose probability higher. Reliability prediction and allocation integrated distribution method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, first on the factors affecting the reliability of expert ratings, and then organize these data and combined with field and laboratory data, and information fusion status then combined with fuzzy theory failure fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on the above reliability allocation, the whole process takes into account the allocation of costs, so the cost function in combination to obtain a relative higher cost allocation method, and thus meet the economic requirements.Finally, combining analysis of the first few chapters, using MATLAB graphical user interface design theory, which mainly used to design the GUI. Rely on its powerful functions and high efficiency characteristics, to develop a troubleshooting knowledge base, the findings in front of a good show in front of the user, in order to meet customer demand.
