This thesis aims to design a K-Chief 500 emulation system which is based on the B/S framework. The Microsoft Visual C# is been used in the system. It uses Net as development environment and SQL Server 2008 as database management. What’s more, it takes advantage of Visualization Active Control to aid flash character in the web page, which makes it simpler to do emulation operation. This emulation system can be used in experiment courses, crew training and assessment, electronic comprehensive skills training, curriculum design, graduation design and so on.This system adopts the modular design, the user classification management, and the faults simulation module which are developed by the principle of the fault tree. Teachers can simulate any random failure through background settings. This simulation system does not need to install the client. It will keep up with the trend of the development of the automation of the ship for its strong commonality, convenient maintenance, simple and intuitive humanized interface.
