With construction of population growth, more and more Chinese cities are lack of water, so reducing the amount of storm water infiltration results in peak volumes being ahead of time and peak volume increasing. The water is contaminated, with water shortage, land subsidence and other issues. The rainwater resources as a relatively clean and cheap sources, is to fully collect and utilize. It will be a feasible solution, it has not only a certain economic issues, and also there are a huge environmental and ecological benefits and social benefits.In reference to the large number of domestic and foreign literature, based on the introduction of rainwater utilization home and abroad, this research describes the significance of campus rainwater utilization, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of rainwater utilization engineering college campus design.According to the characteristics of campus buildings, rainwater utilization program designed college campus, and the use of modern rainwater harvesting technology, design rainwater resource utilization system, the campus is divided into several collection area, a variety of rainwater utilization technologies are described in detail. This paper discusses how to design rainwater harvesting techniques according to the characteristics of the site conditions and technical equipment and to study the use of technical equipment rainwater quickly design and made a rainwater utilization project management tool. Rainwater is proposal based on resource exploitation measures AHP Comprehensive benefit evaluation methods, and to establish the rainwater resource utilization measures the overall efficiency evaluation model, the evaluation results are given water, rain water use, desalination and other projects. Combined with the actual case, carried out the specific design, the result shows the method of this study is reasonably practicable.
