With the urbanization degree is higher and higher,the rapid infrastructure development,all sorts of buildings and roads construction unceasingly,make the urban area of rapid growth,the rain can not seep into the underground,led to the decrease of the underground water level unceasingly,also caused the urban flood disasters occur frequently,make people's life and property security is threatened.Countries gradually paid attention to the use of rainwater,and formulated a series of laws and regulations,urban construction and community rainwater utilization project started in large quantities in construction and operation.Evaluate the rainwater utilization engineering,analyzes its effect,is helpful to reduce or eliminate rainwater utilization project in construction,the problems existing in the operation process,at the same time is conducive to further increase rainwater utilization project construction management work.However,in countries vigorously popularize rainwater to use today,study of evaluation index system of rainwater utilization has been delayed progress.In order to promote the sustainable development of rainwater utilization,this paper studies the characteristics of the rainwater utilization project in kunming,using multi-objective tree graph method to establish a set of construction and the comprehensive evaluation index system of rainwater utilization project.This paper to determine the comprehensive evaluation index system from the input,process,output and effect of four dimensions,contains 9 indicators,18 second index and 44 indicators at the local level.Index weight through the initial weights are expert questionnaires to get,then according to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to deal with index weight calculation,again through the consistency test,finally get the weight of each index.Using tree graph model and relationship between analysis indicators,determine the merge algorithm,the implementation of comprehensive evaluation of quantitative merge calculation,the calculated value of comprehensive evaluation for rainwater utilization project namely purpose,in order to determine the rainwater utilization project the final rating.Set up in order to verify the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system,this article selects the three buildings and communities rainwater utilization project instance validation.A village of rainwater utilization project evaluation results for good(BBB),and then the author aimed at the problems of rainwater utilization project evaluation puts forward the measures to solve these problems,the improved evaluation result for the optimal(A).B village of rainwater utilization project evaluation results for medium(C),the improved evaluation results for good(BB).Rainwater utilization demonstration project of the evaluation result for the optimal(AA).Through the verification,it is concluded that the evaluation result is more real,can accurate reflection of the difference between different rainwater utilization project.Through the above verification shows that the research results has the scientific nature,authenticity and intuitive.This paper established the comprehensive evaluation index system can not only discover the rainwater utilization engineering problems that exist in the whole process and effect,but also for the future of the rainwater utilization project in strict control,and provide powerful basis for the decision of project,at the same time for rainwater utilization project comprehensive evaluation for promotion.
