Now we are in a very complex environment. We are being prepared to treat the emergencies and explore the complex environment. When exploring the extreme serious spaces where people cannot be in, like the earthquake ruins, high areas where the air is severely polluted and the enclosure spaces after explosion, people cannot exploring them directly. Thus it is meaningful to design a remote control exploring equipment based on the internet.This paper applies the mobile phone controlled intelligent devices into scientific research, anti-terrorist operations and exploring the extreme environments via studying, designing and developing an intelligent all-wheel-drive detector based on mobile phone controlling. This device is wimple to operate and will satisfy the needs under many conditions. Through reconstituting to produce user interfaces suitable to different users.The main conclusions are as follows:The outer and inner influencing factors of the mobile phone controlled intelligent director are analyzed brominating the structures of the all-wheel-drive car, suspension system and the quadrocopter.The quadrocopter is loaded on the car, so even in the extreme areas that the car cannot go into, the quadrocopter can continue the exploring and aerial photo making job using micro camera.Based on mobile phones interaction design, the existing interaction, interaction design trend, the developing trend of interaction design and the Gesture operation behaviors, the operator can set the usage scenario, test the performances and finish the design and finish the design.
