Research On Cost And Benefit Analysis Of The Green Building Technology In City Of Chengdu

With China’s accelerated industrialization and urbanization, the construction industry ushered in the opportunity of development; however, faced promote energy conservation and the state continues to pay attention to the ecological environment, green building began greet the public view.From 1985 to 2012, China’s urban population grew by 1.8 times, while the housing area increased by nearly 20 times. Building such a large amount of energy generated by extremely large, national energy conservation made it difficult to carry out; same time, it also brings opportunities for the development of green buildings.This paper combines the basic green building theory, techniques and theories of economics in Chengdu geographical features, costs and benefits of green building technologies in Chengdu analysis and study, to provide a reference for developers and government to develop green building scientific data for Chengdu green buildings provide a theoretical basis for economic analysis, to make up for deficiencies in the city’s green building cost-benefit studies, which have important theoretical significance.In this paper, the research results at home and abroad by combing on green building, green building assessment found mostly around the more qualitative analysis, and its economic, social and environmental benefits relatively few studies conducted comprehensive quantitative evaluation. In the background of the market economy is one of the key factors that influence the development of the building also. Under traditional cost-effectiveness evaluation model, limited policy-oriented unknown, the technical level is not enough, the impact of information asymmetry and other factors, green building is not optimistic about the industry.This article seeks to depart from the practice of green building, on the basis of objective practice of determining the cost-effectiveness analysis of green building. First, the author reviews the theory of green building features, elaborated green building energy, land, materials, water, indoor environment, and operations management techniques. Then, the latest statistics on domestic use of green building technology as well as building the case analysis of the situation, and commonly used in green building technology were reviewed. Then, this paper architectural practice in Chengdu, respectively, a ground source heat pump technology research, the application of green roofs in Chengdu Technology and rain water utilization technology, and a benefit analysis.Finally, select the case of a green building,which is an energy-saving project in Chengdu, research its full economic, environmental and social benefits of a comprehensive analysis, and draw quantitative findings.
