High and towering structure is an important part of modern civilization, what is the embodiment of the national economic strength and the construction level, The buildings are widely used in the tower, commercial buildings and other public buildings. Along with the development of science and the progress of the society, the tall and tall structure in function, modeling and technology more advanced and large-scale system is more and more perfect, adopt the structure of the technology and construction technology, the application of high strength lightweight materials and constantly improve the design level, new high and towering structure, building structure under wind load will further influence its stability, therefore, explore the wind load in the high and towering structure become a problem.So we need to be addressed.Firstly we analyze the mechanism of the wind and the wind in the structure and the basic characteristics of the wind, in the dynamic response under wind, through the main effect of horizontal wind direction and wind direction, converted to static wind loading, become we easy to observe and control the design of the data, at the same time the top comfort problems have some discussion.For the twin towers, high-rise buildings under wind load its vibration is complicated, which is not only the wind resistance of high-level research and vortex flow of mutual interference between the twin towers, increased the instability, therefore, making model and what is of great significance to the wind tunnel experiment was carried out. Iron content in the building in China based on the engineering background of A and B tower, respectively, the pressure of rigid model wind tunnel test and high frequency dynamic balance load test, we analyses the two methods of the equivalent static wind load and on the basis of the comparison, mainly studies the structure at the top of the size of the acceleration, the calculation for comfort, main work is as follows:(1)Pressure of rigid model wind tunnel test method are introduced, according to the model of pressure measuring point of the shape coefficient of wind pressure coefficient and the area, through the mathematical interpolation method to obtain the model segmentation points on wind pressure coefficient, considering segmentation points represent actual area, floor space of the equivalent static wind load distribution is obtained.(2)Based on high frequency dynamic balance load test, the base shear, bending moment and torque change of wind direction Angle is the basal bending moment of gust load factor method to calculate the equivalent static wind load of the structure, load test and the result was compared with the result of the pressure test and research.
