| Intelligence is the developing trend and goal of machinery industry, the detection technology and the integration of measured systems are the fundamental guarantee for intelligent machine. Meanwhile, due to the traditional position detection method depending on the precise characterization of sensor itself and the harsh requirements of working environment, the position detection which is very important for detection technology has failed to integrate with the measured object to realize measurement, and which has seriously restricted the mechanical system realizes "intelligent" process with really and fully.For the integrated position detection problems of servo motor,this paper goes on the basic research at the prophase of time grating technology, combines with the principle of salient permanent magnet servo motor(PMSM), and puts forward a new method of "embedded" position detection which the sensor is not in a independent installation position but puts itself into the tested parts. The divided winding groove of the motor itself has made use of and took as a part of the sensor, then the clock pulse is took as the displacement of precision measurement reference, thus the servo motor which depends on originally the additional position sensor will become into " a precision servo system with detection function". This method is designed to overcome these shortcomings, such as the difficulty of installation in the measurement process of the traditional position sensors, the structure of system is not compact, high manufacturing costs and demanding environment etc. Besides, it aims to significantly improve the integrated, intelligent and the ability to adapt to the environment of the sensor through the system self-test method under the premise of high accuracy, and reduce greatly the volume, weight and cost of the whole system.The main research contents and the innovation points of this paper is included in the following:â‘ Through analyzing the working principle of time gating technology and the salient pole permanent magnet servo motor and combining with magnetic field superposition principle to construct mathematical model of salient pole PMSM embedded position detection system;â‘¡ Magnetic circuit coupling method is put forward to realize the balanced load of time gating signal with high frequency and low pressure and PMSM driving signal with high frequency and high pressure;â‘¢ Non-contact ring transformer is put forward to realize the axial output of the time gating rotating magnetic field loaded in the radial of the motor rotor with the way of non-contact coupling, and get the electric traveling wave signal which can react the rotation angle of motor rotor after the electromagnetic induction and amplification of the filter;â‘£ Finally, the proposed embedded position detection scheme is verified by experiments to be feasibility. It can realize the position detetion because of the induction signal waveform is stable in experiment.Therefore, the research in this article provides the reliable theory basis and practice for the realization of the embedded servo motor position detection. |
