This paper uses Near Field Communication technology NFC(Near Field Communication) to develope a Tax-controlled Cash Machine platform named APM-D104 which has the function of NFC contactless payment. The APM-D104 type Tax-controlled Cash Machine successfully solves the disadvantages of single payment mode of Tax-controlled Cash Machines, and also brings convenience to people’s life.The overall system frame, hardware, software and application testing of the APM-D104 type Tax-controlled Cash Machine platform are studied in this paper.Mainly is:(1)The hardware designing of the system is given,which included building the system hardware platform and designing not only the chip collection and features of the main module,but also the circuit of core part.The hardware of whole-system platform adopts modular design method,including main-controlled module,NFC module and encryption module.The design of the whole hardware system is relatively independent,facilitating the expansion of the hardware platform.Analysis the Circuit design of the NFC module,including the function of RF and RF transmitter circuit design.(2)The software designing of the system is given. The software designing is used modular design method.The whole system consists of many modules,using multiple task control mechanism of uC/OS-II operating system which can realize the non-interfering of each module and also improve the system’s portability.There three parts in software designing:design of bottom layer communication,design of auxiliary function module and design of NFC sales-system.In the design of bottom layer communication,basic data transmission between each module,the communication methods and the corresponding operation command format are studied. System auxiliary function modules include:keyboard-module,display-module,control-module,statements-module and management-module. The function,software realization, communication interface and called with sales-module of this module are studied in auxiliary function module design.The design of NFC sales-module is the emphasis of this part,mainly research six aspects which are the data structure,interface module,the software process,data streams, NFC payment process design and encryption to deal with.(3)The testing methods of system are given.The time of the basic communication of NFC, SPI interface communication, and encryption algorithm are verified, and the time and the capability of NFC contactless payment has been tested also.and transaction time payment complete a NFC contactless payment transaction and the verification of encryption algorithm were tested in this part. Analysis the test-results and given the solution methods in the light of the problem in the testing. Analyzing the test results, and giving the solution in view of the problems in testing.The characteristic and innovation of this paper is that putting NFC technology and RSA and DES hybrid encryption algorithm applied to the Tax-controlled Cash Machine platform successfully, and realizes the transaction time of a NFC contactless payment is within 600ms.
