CKBZ keep warm brick is a new kind of environmental protection and energy saving building materials, which combines building insulation and structure as a whole and CKBZ keep warm brick can be applied to practical engineering to contribute to our country’s urbanization construction. This article will conduct an experimental study on the static performance of the keep warm brick and make ANSYS finite element simulated analysis on the static performance of the warm brick concrete composite wall reinforcement.To summarize the research status on block and composite wall at home and abroad, and conduct an experimental study on the static performance of the keep warm brick, firstly to conduct experimental study on the static performance of keep warm brick, such as axial compression, bias compression, resisting shear, bending resistance and deduce the computational formula of axial compression strength, shearing strength, and elasticity modulus on the research basis of single hole irrigation concrete small block according to the experimental data is reliable by verification. In the axial compressive experiments, the load when the first break of test specimen appears is about 25% ~ 35% of the ultimate load. The break is concentrate upon the two ribs of test specimen, and the final failure mode of warm brick axial compression specimens is to appear up and down connected break beside the two ribs of specimen. When bias compression specimens is on the bias compression test, with the load is increasing, between the second and third storey which under the centre of tester appears break, and finally specimen is crushed and split off. In the shearing test, the break of specimen appears at the two sides of cave entrance.Respectively, this paper uses large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish warm brick concrete composite wall reinforcement one word with the hole wall and without the hole wall, and expands the parameters of the above two groups of wall to research, which studys on the static performance of keep warm brick, such as axial compression, bias compression, resisting shear under the different parameters such as strength grade of concrete and reinforcement methods. In the axial compression simulation study, the break is concentrate upon the connected ribs beside the cave and a part of breaks appear at the root of both sides of the brick which is near the constructional column. The brick with cave entrance is concentrate upon the corner of the entrance of the cave. The ultimate bearing capacity of brick with cave entrance is much less than the bearing capacity of brick without cave entrance. In the bias compression simulation study, the break is concentrate upon the connected ribs which is in brick. The break in brick with cave entrance is concentrate upon the connected ribs which is under the cave entrance and paxillae. The break of warm brick concrete composite wall reinforcement resisting shear is concentrate upon the middle and lower part of the brick, and the opposite side of the beam which is under the horizontal force has break. According to data obtained by the simulation study, on the research basis of the research reinforced concrete shear wall and reinforcement block shear wall I proposed the computational formula which is applied to axial compression strength, shearing strength, and shearing strength of warm brick concrete composite wall reinforcement with the hole wall and without the hole wall.
