In the energy consumption of building systems,the air-conditioning system(ACS) accounts for about 60% of all,which shows considerable potential in energy saving. Faced with the increasingly flinty energy resource problem,the Centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller is getting its widespread use for its High energy efficiency ratio,which deuces the ACS energy consumption obviously.The study subjects of this dissertation is the design of the ACS for a groups of office building in Qingdao. It gets a huge construction scale and complex use requirements,which bring certain difficulties to the design of the ACS. This design is expected to make as a suitable,economical,energy-saving,and Environment-protect one.As the requirement in this study,the Acs80-R17 is used to calculate the building’s load,at the same time,the De ST is used to create a model of the building and simulate its load,and then the dynamic characteristics of building’s load in the whole year with 8760 hours are analyzed. Based on the simulated load,the local climate data and the availability of energy,varies of heating and cooling source schemes are proposed,and after the technological analysis and economical calculation,the centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller is finally selected as the cold source project of the ACS,while the storage heating electrical boiler in the peak-off time as the heat source project. For the constant flow of the primary pump system,the variable flow of the secondary pump system and the variable flow of the primary pump system,each one’s operating energy of the three systems is calculated,the last one is determined to be the water system of the load side. In the end,an integrated operation strategy and an auto-control project is established based on the features of the system,which is aimed to reduce the cost of the management and the operation,and raise the working efficiency of the system at the same time.In this design,compared with the centrifugal chiller,the centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller has the notable energy conservation effect,which is up to 41.39%.For the primary pump system,the variable flow system saves operating energy about 28.42% contrast to the constant flow one,and its advantages are obvious. The storage heating electrical boiler system is adopt to sever the purpose of peak load shifting,For it can fully use the lower price electricity,so its annual operation cost is far less than the gas-fired boiler,which has evidenteconomic benefit.
