With the development of China’s urbanization, the building scope in China has alsoincreased, causing building energy consumption one of the three most great energy consumers.Thus, it’s necessary to apply the Building Automation System(BAS) to conserve energy.However, in recent years, foreign building automation companies have almost monopolizedthe building automation market in China, and due to the nonstandard design and greatdifficulties in cooperative construction of traditional DDC-based building automation system,it’s difficult for the building automation system to act normal functions. Besides, the price offoreign building automation product is high and it does not always make the building cozyand energy-saving, thus leading to improper input-output ratio. Therefore, it’s extremelynecessary to develop domestic building equipment integrated monitoring system to replaceforeign DDC-based building automation product. In this paper, we have researched the theoryof domestic integrated monitoring system, and by designing and realizing actual project, wehave proved that domestic integrated monitoring system can replace foreign DDC-basedbuilding automation system and realize auto control of building electromechanical equipment.This paper researches the theory of the integrated monitoring system, includingintroduction of its architecture, controller and programming language, summary of thesystem’s design manner, equipment choosing principle and design steps, and researches of itskey technology such as integrated control technology, B power bus technology and real timeEthernet technology.Also, a project is introduced in this paper. The project is related to five scientificresearching buildings on C06-07 ground of one certain science park. The integrated controltechnology is applied according to the structure features of the buildings, the party A’s requestand the country and industry standards. It mainly includes central air condition system,heating and cooling systems, air supply system and intelligent lighting system. And it hasrealized the energy-saving function.Taking the Tong Fang Technovator Techcon-EEC system as example, the traditional DDCsystem integrated measures are analyzed and researched. Also, it has been compared withintegrated monitoring system, thus to analyze the functions that the integrated monitoringsystem needs to be improved. At last, system summary has been made about the researchcontents of the integrated monitoring system.
