| There are a large number of single residential buildings in rural areas and urban residential communities. When citizens demand to improve their quality of life and family living environment, both new and existing single residential buildings are facing the huge challenge of energy consumption. During the construction and design process of single residential buildings, the effective implementation of energy-saving technology will reduce energy consumption. It will contribute to reducing the civic and social burden in energy consumption. Since the shape of single residential buildings,the use way and the composition of equipment are different, the conventional design methods of low energy consumption usually aims at improving the efficiency of energy-using equipment or optimizing the building construction. However, those methods are lack of data analysis on residents’ behavior and energy consumption. The energy-saving technologies may be useless and the initial investment cost will be increased. The low energy consumption design can’t save the energy.In this research, we choose a single residential building in Beijing as a sample to analyze data of electrical energy consumption and research the low energy consumption design scheme. The objective is finding a method for a single residential building research and design with low energy consumption. This method is created on the analysis of the energy consumption structure for a single residential building. We sort by loading of electric devices with the maximum energy consumption, and we analyze the usage of every sort of electric devices in people’s normal life. After understanding the construction of the single residential building, the installation and the usage of devices, and activity status of residents, we can simulate the running status of all devices to get the data of energy consumption of the building. And we can get the performance design for the low energy consumption. Choose the suitable energy saving technology to rebuild the energy saving plan, and provide the necessary support for building construction. Also all residents would directly understand and support the energy saving technology by the data of the simulation.We could collect energy consumption data for energy simulation and analysis, and those data would be add to the national design standard about energy consumption.The low energy design scheme is based on the residents’ normal life, and it is the best way for saving energy to be used in single residential buildings. Also it would be a technical support for the energy consumption of the constructions. With the developing of the technology, we can design and develop the low energy consumption to the super lower even zero energy consumption by using the simulation of energy consumption, and sustainable development of the single residential buildings would be achieved. |
