As the development of modernization consumption and the increasing of people's living standard, comfortable building thermal environment becomes people's living needs. Economy in hot summer and cold winter is very developed, and gross nation product is about 48% of the whole nation's. In the recent years, a large number of residential buildings are constructed, and many residents begin to have heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, and the rate of using air conditioning becomes larger and larger, and generally use high-grade electrical energy, so building energy consumption in this area arises rapidly. So residential building energy consumption has become an important aspect of building energy consumption in this area.In this paper, three typical cities of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hefei in hot summer and cold winter zone are selected as study objects. The influence of their residential building's exterior-protected construction thermotechnical parameter to building energy consumption and indoor thermal environment, and comprehensive energy conservation optimization schemes, and analysis on the technical economy of normal air conditioning schemes of residential buildings is studied.First, the climate and environment situation, energy consumption and residential building's energy saving condition of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hefei three typical cities in hot summer and cold winter zone are analyzed.Second, a typical residential building mode in Shanghai is established, and initial mode is set, and then the building thermal environment design simulation toolkit DeST-h used to proceed with building energy consumption and thermal environment simulation calculation. On the basis of the result, the influence of building exterior-protected construction thermal technical parameter of exterior wall material, window material and the area ratio of window and wall, exterior window shading and building orientation to building energy consumption and indoor thermal environment is analyzed.Third, in order to compare the energy conservation result of different cities in the same climate zone with adopting the same energy conservation means, the influence of building exterior-protected construction thermal technical parameter of exterior wall material, window material and the area ratio of window and wall, exterior window shading and building orientation to building energy consumption and indoor thermal environment in Nanjing and Hefei is analyzed. Referring to the comprehensive result of the three cities, four energy consumption optimization schemes are put forward, and compared with normal residential scheme. Through the comprehensive analysis of calculation data, the basic principle of selecting proper energy conservation optimization scheme is put forward.Finally, Hefei is selected as a study example for hot summer and cold winter zone, and the technical economy of residential building's normal air conditioning schemes is analyzed. A typical residential building in Hefei is selected as study object, and DeST-h is used to establish residential building mode and obtain each air conditioning room and the system's largest cold loads and hot loads in the whole year, as accordance for properly selecting air conditioning schemes. By comprehensively considering residential building's cooling in summer and heating in winter, several possible air conditioning schemes are put forward and preceded with technical analysis one after another. Each scheme's synthetic energy price is exported by the farad of synthetic energy price, and then the proper scheme is exported.The above study and calculations are expected to apply theory guide and technology support for the residential building's energy consumption work in hot summer and cold winter zone, and then promote its development.Wei Caixin(Heating, Ventilating and air conditioning engineering)Superviscd by Associate Prof. Diao Yongfa...
