With the pace of urbanization construction, construction industry in our country in high-speed development period, in the total energy consumption of Chinese society, the proportion of the energy consumption of building industry consumes constantly increasing at an annual rate of 1%.Among them, the large public buildings energy consumption has been more than a quarter of the total energy consumption, large shopping malls and large public buildings in the construction of the highest level of energy consumption, has reached 200-300kwh/(m2·a), therefore, research on shopping malls building energy consumption characteristics, find the main influencing factors of building energy consumption influence shopping mall, can better guide to build up the forecast model on the energy consumption and energy saving control work, to shopping malls building energy saving electricity for practical guiding significance to the development strategy.This article through to xi ’an a large shopping mall construction field investigation, the analysis of large-scale shopping malls building structure characteristic and operation status, access to shopping malls building basic parameters of structure and operation conditions. Combination of xi ’an area meteorological data files, using eQUEST energy consumption simulation software to establish the climate characteristics of areas in xi ’an typical shopping malls building model, so as to obtain data of energy consumption under different building structure and power equipment. For different types of energy consumption influencing factors of the orthogonal experiment, the result of the orthogonal test from 13 energy consumption influence factors with the method of variance analysis extract the eight main factors affecting energy consumption: window wall ratio, the gate number, the average outdoor temperature, the density of personnel, the new air volume index, fan, water pump efficiency and chiller COP, as this paper studies the main factors influencing energy consumption forecast.According to the characteristics of the main factors influencing energy consumption, adopt the method of multivariate linear regression analysis, for different types of air conditioning system, establish the corresponding three energy consumption prediction model, through the F- test method test of significance of linear relationship of regression equation. Prediction model is applied to this article research object- xi ’an building a shopping mall, by comparing the predicted values and real values, the energy consumption in July 2015 the overall error within the plus or minus 10%, shows that prediction results conform to the real situation, forecast model was validated. Shopping malls buildings based on the actual operation situation, from the perspective of energy saving, the eight major factors affecting energy consumption on energy saving analysis. Air conditioning system of large shopping malls and the construction control research, puts forward the control strategy of variable air volume and variable water volume at the end of the air conditioning and air conditioning water system energy saving optimization control scheme.This paper research results, not only has a guiding role for the energy-saving design of new buildings, energy saving renovation of existing buildings is at the same time for can offer reference and basis.
