With the rapid development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,energy demand will continue to increase.Residential building air conditioning energy consumption is an important part of building energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary for us to understand the present situation of residential building energy conservation in our country.According to the characteristics of energy consumption in residential buildings,the paper puts forward some effective energy-saving strategies.Severe cold region and parts of the hot-summer and cold-winter zone has promulgated and implemented the energy-saving design standards to 65%energy saving target.The paper put forward to realize the application of energy saving technology 65%energy saving from two aspects.This paper takes the residential buildings in Chengdu as the research object.First of all,the paper systematically reviews and analyzes the development process and current situation of building energy saving,sums up the building energy efficiency differences at home and abroad.Then,according to the relevant literature and professional knowledge,sums up the nine factors affecting the residential building air conditioning energy consumption as the focus of research.It contains the direction of building,the area ratio of window to wall,the type of external window,the type of exterior wall,the shading of buildings and the new air.In this paper,the influence of these factors on the air conditioning energy consumption and indoor comfort of residents is discussed in detail.Taking the typical residential buildings in Chengdu as the model,the influence of the nine factors on the energy consumption of building air conditioning was simulated by using the simulation software Designbuilder.And the paper puts forward the appropriate value of different factors in Chengdu area.Secondly,based on the orthogonal experimental design method,the nine factors and three levels of Chengdu residential building air conditioning energy consumption simulation program is designed.27 kinds of working conditions were determined by the test program,and the significant effect of the nine factors on the air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings in summer,winter and year was obtained by range analysis.The research shows that the window type,wall type,north area ratio of window to wall,south area ratio of window to wall,west area ratio of window to wall and orientation of the building to the building air-conditioning energy consumption has significant effect.According to the results of single factor analysis,the factors affecting the energy consumption of buildings are selected.The effect of the above factors on building energy consumption was analyzed by the method of orthogonal test design and building air conditioning energy consumption simulation.It is concluded that the external window type and the heat transfer coefficient are the main factors affecting the energy consumption of residential buildings.Finally,the SPSS data analysis software is used to carry out multiple linear regression analysis of the simulation results of the orthogonal test design.The model can be used to estimate the energy consumption of residential buildings in Chengdu under certain conditions.Finally,through program analysis,based on the Chengdu residential building energy saving 50%,reducing the heat transfer coefficient,using the coated hollow glass windows and limiting the air conditioning equipment EER can achieve 65%of energy-saving in residential buildings.
