Control System Design For Stacker And Reclaimer Of Circular Stackyard Gantry Double Scraper

Circular stackyard stacker and reclaimer is the key part to complete coal storage,transport in coal conveying system of thermal power plant. Compared with the traditional open stockyard, owing to the circular stockyard stacker and reclaimer works in the closed circular stockyard,its main advantage is very friendly to the surrounding environment. In addition,Circular stackyard stacker and reclaimer other advantages include:energy saving,few occupied space,with mixing function,a strong environmental adaptability,efficient,high level of automation.The circular Stackyard stacker and reclaimer of this paper is the first set of double scraper stacker and reclaimer at home,based on the original advantages,improve the ability of reclaimer,more practical.Circular stackyard stacker and reclaimer has operation of complex process,more detection and control circuit,high requirement on safety and reliability.So,need to put forward higher requirements for its control system.In this paper,based on the present development of circular stackyard stacker and reclaimer,through the analysis of circular stackyard double scraper stacker and reclaimer process requirements,put forward the control system of circular stackyard double scraper stacker and reclaimer,put forward the design of anti-collision detection scheme by using detecting element and encoder between stacker and reclaimer institutions,describes the design of the entire electrical network system solutions,to complete hardware system assembly and connecting with the field equipment,take the necessary hardware anti-jamming measures.Through the analysis of the system design requirements,design and development consistent with the control system of circular stackyard stacker and reclaimer process requirements.The system has a good stability and reliability.The development of PLC,VSD and detecting element etc. bus network hardware,and the development of advanced man-machine interaction operation monitoring system,to improve the control system of circular stackyard stacker/reclaimer operation,networking,automation and intelligent.This paper stated the content has been successfully applied to practice,after the commissioning,equipment has the good use effect.
