The circular stockyard stacker/reclaimer is a kind of large-scale buck material transporting machines which is widely used in the port, power plants, cement, coal, metallurgical enterprises and other large material field;its performance play a decisive role on the conveying system for production efficiency.The main body parts of the circular stockyard stacker/reclaimer are complicated structure,which moved in the large space, and the dynamic nature of the stacker device is very important to its safe operation.In this paper, I chose YDG500/800·90circular stockyard stacker/reclaimer of the stacker mechanism as the research object, and based on the research of the stacker-reclaimer and stacker mechanism At home and abroad.In order to optimize and improve the dynamic characteristics of the stacker mechanism, putting forward a effective ideas for the stacker designThe overall program of the stacker mechanism is determined, and the stacker mechanism is deviced into the modules, a virtual prototype model of the stacker is established by the ADAMS.At the same time through its parameterized pitch institutions, the establishment of a stacker device model parameters; two hinge points on the pitch cylinder location for simulation and optimization, to meet the conditions identified in the request, the process of cylinder thrust in the pitch range smaller hinge position..In-depth understanding of mixing yard based on the theory, from the circular stacker-reclaimer yard continuous chevron stacking process of analyzing the piles through the establishment of a mathematical model, mathematical model of reactor materials and process parameters in combination,determine the movement of the stacker unit.By stacking device for dynamic simulation of typical operating conditions, has been the thrust of the changes in pitch range fuel tank and associated hinge point of the force and other key technical parameters, the selection of the relevant parts to provide a reference.Using the calculation results in the ADAMS as a load condition,the strength and stiffness of the main structural components of the stacker are analysisdin the multi-state by ANSYS, and the weak parts which the design adjusted to meet the design requirements.Using ANSYS and ADAMS stacker arm to establish a virtual prototyping of flexible coupling rigid body, and flexible stacker arm for modal analysis, has been flexible stacker arm natural frequencies and natural mode of vibration; through the stacker unitpitch conditions and rotation conditions for simulation of dynamic stress, has been operating flexible stacker arm in the process of stress cloud, for further analysis and fatigue life is expected to provide important information.By testing pressure of the stacking device pitch hydraulic system,to verify virtual prototype simulation model of the stacker mechanism,and of active sets the stacker arm for deflection test to verify the finite element model is correct.
