Design of Cable Laying is the main content of the design of electric design of the ship. The cables are featured with various kinds of type, complex specifications and huge usage in a modern ship. Under traditional manual work or manual work combined with limited secondary development design mode, the task of design of cable laying is a time-consuming effort and production rate of inventory of cable laying is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, the development of a platform of cable virtual laying for ship which is suitable for designers has profound significance in the improvement of design of cable laying and controlling of production costs.Main contents in the dissertation:The overall scheme of simulation platform is designed by using the development of AutoCAD technology, SQL Server Express database and C sharp language. According to the software development principles of high cohesion and low coupling, the simulation platform is divided into three modules:adaptive generation of cable way, interaction of cable laying and disposition of laying data. To begin with, by combing the definition of undirected graph in graph theory with original data of cable tray, the mathematical model of cable tray information is build; Based on object-oriented technology, the object model of cable way is established and adaptive processing of raw cable data is realized, while the cable channel editing functions are also provided; The interface of design of cable laying and the way of human-computer interaction are designed; By calling the AutoCAD.NET API, we designed a set of 3D interactive graphical symbols for cable laying; By designing dirt algorithm and optimizing data storage method of Dijkstra algorithm to find the shortest path quickly in this wiring environment; Adopt the technology of overrule, completed the simulation of the researched path; According to the features of cable data, a E-R database model which is used to store information generated in the procession of design of cable laying is build; Finally, NPOI based on open source components and LINQ technology are used to achieve adaptive templates for reading and writing and generation of inventory for forefront of the cable construction use.The prototype of simulation platform of cable virtual laying for ship has been completed and desired functions have been achieved. According to tests, this platform can meet the demands of design of cable laying, which saves the amount of cable, improves the efficiency and quality of design of cable laying and shorten the design cycle.
