The Research On The Planning Strategy Of Urban Fringe Area From The Perspective Of Urban Renovation

In order to adapt to new stage of urbanization,urban renewal in the 21 st century has become the main object of future urban work.As the most special regional urban fringe in urban development,there are many problems to be solved urgently in its own development."City double repair" is a new concept put forward by the Ministry of Housing Construction in 2015 to solve urban problems in this stage.The concept of City repair creates a new way for the study of urban fringe planning strategy.The purpose of urban fringe planning strategy research from the perspective of urban remediation is to promote the development of urban fringe,to improve the function of urban fringe,to improve the quality of urban fringe,thus create urban characteristics and improve the quality of urbanization,and find a more suitable method and strategy for the development of contemporary cities,the coexistence between natural ecology and human beings,and the sustainable development of human settlements.In this paper,four main research methods,literature review method,comparative research method,cross-scientific research method and case analysis method,are gradually carried out for analysis and research.The first part combs and studies a lot of related research on urban fringe area and city repair domestically and abroad through literature review,which determines the scope of urban fringe area and understands the relevant research status.The second part is to understand the existing problems of the development of urban fringe areas through multidisciplinary comparison and analysis.The third part studies the successful cases of city repair through case analysis,finds the conjunction point of city repair concept and urban fringe planning,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference in general urban fringe planning.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the planning of urban fringe areas.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained: urban fringe is a region where many contradictions are mixed and it is difficult to determine the real existence of the boundary in the process of urban development and evolution.The development of urban fringe has the characteristics of complex structure,dynamic development and spatial transition.At present,its development still has the problems of urban-rural dual system,backward concept of construction management,lack of innovation,neglect of cultural construction,mismatch between construction and demands,and low participation of residents.Comparing with foreign countries,China's research on urban fringe area is defective,and the related research on urban repair as well,especially there are few studies on urban fringe area planning from the perspective of city repair.This paper puts forward planning strategies and suggestions for urban fringe areas under the background of urban remediation from five aspects,namely urban space,infrastructure,road,traffic,landscape,environment and urban culture.Firstly,we should enhance management,improve institution and optimize structure.Secondly,we should balance resources,repair functions,improve institution,improve professional level and implement global planning.Then,we should renew the concept of construction.To improve the environmental quality,we should pay attention to the double repair of social environment and ecological environment.Finally,we should give consideration on the construction of concept and implementation in the process of implementation and progress of work.Through these strategies and suggestions,we hope to provide new ideas of the study of the combination of city repair and urban fringe areas,in order to meet the development requirements of urban fringe areas in the process of urban development in the 21 st century.
