A new method to design a shipborne optoelectronic communication control system (SOCCS) is proposed by deeply studying the related demands. This dissertation analyzes the principle and the way of working of the SOCCS. Then, the scheme for SOCCS and the relationship between the interfaces of each module are determined. With the missions of the SOCCS, we also design the system software. Details are given as following:The computer with CPCI (Compact PCI) bus, CAN (Controller Area Network) bus, network communication and the embedded operating systems VxWorks are used in SOCCS to ensure the normal working of the shipborne electro-optical tracker. And the accuracy and efficiency are also improved by using these techniques. Focusing on the targets of certain kind, we build the simplified models for moving targets and the smooth filtering models of tracking data. The filtering is helpful to the accuracy and stability of the shipborne electro-optical tracker.The united debugging and testing of the system inspect and verify that the SOCCS this paper proposed can meet the requirement of the design.
