A certain type of missile is one of the major equipment of our country,which occupies an important position in our national defense force.With the continuous improvement of weaponry modernization level,the missile's ground system needs to meet higher demanding and more complex requirements.Therefore,it is of great significance to meet the ground-testing requirements for the full life cycle of this type of missile to improve its combat effectiveness.The purpose of this thesis is to develop ground checkout-launch-control system for this certain type of missile.It is used to complete the information interaction with the back-end master computer and on board equipment,and real-time monitor the state of the equipment on the missile.In order to meet the needs of the missile ground checkout-launch-control system,this thesis proposed a design scheme of a system architecture using "CPCI bus +VxWorks + Hot-standby system".The design of this thesis can meet the requirements of data acquisition and processing,real-time logic processing,interface matching,and high stability.Based on the test signals and test requirements of the tested objects,the hardware platform of the system is designed with the combination of self research and outsourcing card.And,the design of the signal regulating combination is described in detail.The signal conditioning module such as digital input/output,analog acquisition and other related signal conditioning modules are used to realize the signal isolation and conditioning between the measurement-control combination and the measured object.Then,the software of measurement-control combination based on Vxworks real-time operating system is developed.The application layer and hot-standby layer design of the measurement-control combination software are introduced in detail.The effect of the application layer software is to ensure that the stand-alone can cooperate with the hardware platform to complete the control instructions issued by the back-end master computer.As the bottom support of the measurement-control combination software,the hot-standby software cooperates with the application layer software to complete the function of hot-standby and ensure the high-reliable of the measurement-control combination.After finishing the individual test of each device.Then finished the joint system experiments.The results of the joint system experiments shows that the ground checkout-launch-control system of the model can complete the testing precisely and reliably.Meet the system design requirements.
