Technical And Economical Research On Ship Repair And Maintenance

Ship repair and maintenance is an important component of modernized operation and management of shipping companies,which will directly affects the economic efficiency of shipping enterprises.At present,ship management pattens are still on low-efficiency traditional level and relatively out-dated.With the rapid development of Chinese shipping industry and fierce competition in international shipping market, shipping company must improve the technical and economical aspects of ship repair and management in order to better survive.Technical aspect mainly inbodys advanced technical management system.Economical aspect mainly refers to the costs.Cost of ship repair and maintenance take a large proportion in shipping operation costs.In order to obtain cost-effective,we must choose a reasonable method to reduce this part of the cost.Based on theoretical basis for ship repair and maintenance,the course of development at home and abroad,the significance,this paper introduces an advanced management mode-CWBT,CWBT is a novel,scientific and practical management mode of marine equipment.This paper introduces the theoretical basis on CWBT, maintenance guidelines,content,operation and management model in detail.Study on the economical aspect of ship repair and maintenance,the paper analyses the proportion of ship repair and maintenance cost in the shipping operation cost and its expenditure,presenting some matters and measures to control shipping maintenance repair cost.New approaches of spare parts inventory and reasonable maintenance period were put forward.In order to reduce the costs of ship repair and maintenance,reasonable program of repair and maintenance must be ascertained.The paper divides the program of ship repair and maintenance into several parts and puts forward a method of technical and economical analysis for ship repair and maintenance.By using AHP and ERA,the method above-mentioned takes technical and economical index into consideration through qualitative and quantitative analysis to decide reasonable program of ship repair and maintenance.The approach is proved feasible through empirical case.
