With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and wireless sensor networks, people’s demand for location information services is increasing,especially in the complex structure of the building. The building of personnel positioning system is a system for identification of the position information of personnel. The building in the event of emergencies(earthquake, fire, gas leak,terrorist attacks), personnel positioning in the building in the rescue is very important.In view of the existing problems in the building of personnel positioning system,this paper is based on the Changchun Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Science and technology support program of Internet of things major scientific and technological special project "high building rescue trapped personnel and guidance of accurate positioning system", we propose and design a Calman filter technology in the building the personnel positioning system based on.In this paper, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the existing building personnel positioning system, positioning, design the required nodes within the building staff positioning system of the reference node, gateway. The 3D location method of Zig Bee network technology and CAN bus technology based on the buildings, each layer by Zig Bee technology to achieve the personnel positioning,combining with CAN bus technology, according to the different floor location ID,realize the personnel in building three-dimensional positioning. Aiming at the positioning accuracy is not high, the RSSI value and the three positioning algorithm based on edge measuring method, and optimized using Calman filter, to achieve accurate positioning of personnel in building. The design of the building positioning system test environment, test system performance, measured positioning accuracy up to 0.25 m.The system uses Zig Bee technology, CAN bus technology, the target localization algorithm, Calman filter, combined with the control system and the intelligentevacuation indicating system, realized the personnel in building three-dimensional positioning and emergency guidance, positioning accuracy to meet the application requirements. The system has the advantages of low cost, long standby time, high speed, convenient installation.
