The problem of safe positioning of tunnel personnel has always been a key factor restricting the construction of tunnels.In recent years.China has vigorously developed high-speed rail technology.In the process of building railways,tunnels are inevitably built,and collapse accidents are likely to occur during the construction of tunnels.The life safety of personnel is threatened if the location of the personnel cannot be accurately determined.That will inevitably reduce the efficiency of recuse.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective tunnel personnel positioning system.At present,most of the tunnel personnel positioning systems use RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology to complete attendance management on the market,which can not achieve precise positioning.In this thesis ZigBee technology is used for data transmission.By improving the ranging model and positioning algorithm to achieve precise positioning of personnel.The research content of this thesis is summarized as follows:Firstly,the ZigBee technology is researched and analyzed.The tunnel personnel positioning system scheme with CC2530 as the core is designed.The system is introduced from the software and hardware,and the upper computer interface display is developed.The interface display includes the location of each node deployed in the tunnel and the name of the construction personnel.When the position of the construction personnel is determined in the tunnel,the name and location of the worker will be displayed on the corresponding interface of the upper computer.Secondly,the positioning algorithm is studied,the RSSI ranging technology and the weighted centroid localization algorithm are researched in depth,and three models of RSSI ranging are introduced.Through contrast analysis,the shadow ranging model is selected in this thesis.The shadow model ranging technique is optimized by BP neural network,and BP optimized RSSI weighted centroid localization algorithm is proposed.The algorithm is used for preliminary positioning.Then the genetic algorithm is introduced,and the genetic algorithm is combined with the BP optimized RSSI weighted centroid algorithm.Based on the preliminary positioning.The genetic algorithm is used for secondary positioning to improve the positioning accuracy.Finally,the MATLAB software is used for experimental simulation and analysis.The simulation content mainly includes BP optimized RSSI ranging model simulation,traditional RSSI weighted centroid localization algorithm,BP optimized RSSI weighted centroid localization algorithm,genetic algorithm and BP optimized RSSI weighted centroid fusion.The simulation experiments were carried out in open areas and tunnel environments.The experimental results show that in the same experimental environment,the proposed algorithm is far more accurate than the traditional RSSI weighted centroid algorithm.When a disaster occurs,the location of the personnel can be quickly and accurately determined to improve rescue efficiency.
