After implementing Residential Building Energy Conservation Design Standards in Cold and Frozen Areas, the thermal insulation properties of the buildings have been improved and thermal load reduced, while the thermal energy consumption is never equal to the energy conservation of heating supply system. Central heating system is composed by boiler room, heat supply network and heat consumers. It is inadvisable to purely improve energy conservation efficiency of heat consumers with neglect for conserving the energy for boiler room and heat network. System energy conservation will all ultimately be reflected to the comprehensive efficiency of the boiler room and heat network transport efficiency. In the process of promoting building energy conservation over the past decade, we ignored the energy conservation of the boiler room and heat network, coal consumption remains high and thus comes such a saying “energy-conservation building is energy-consuming”. Therefore, building energy consumption is not alone to blame for energy consumption; low transport efficiency of the heating system is also part of the reasons. Besides, considering the fact that different heat-supply companies are using different heating supply systems or operational management levels, it thus becomes a topic worth researching as to how to evaluate energy-conservation conditions of a heat-supply system. Energy conservation of the heat network has been specifically explored in this thesis:(1) Explore the requirement, equipment and management approach of the energy-saving type central heating network system(2) Establish evaluation indicators of energy-saving operation of the energy-saving type central heating network, and give detailed scoring instruction.(3) By evaluating the operation results of the actual heating network system, systematically introduce the using method of the evaluation system and examine the practicality of the system...
