Facing the demand of social sustainable development,energy pressure and environmental protection are becoming more and more urgent.As a kind of new energy green transportation,its development has attracted more and more attention from all governments and enterprises.It has become an important measure to optimize energy allocation,save energy and reduce emissions.The charging and swapping stations are important supporting infrastructures in electric vehicle filed,which can provide energy supply and other services and so on.With more than ten years population of electric vehicle,battery management and operation strategies of charging and swapping station have become important technical problems,which are considered by all kinds of users.On the contrary,these technical problems are also incentive factors for the development of electric vehicles in the future.These technical problems have important meaning to the population of electric vehicles.In this background,this project has researched the battery management and operation strategies of electric vehicle charging and swapping station.This paper takes electric vehicle charging and swapping station as the research object.It researches the battery management and operation strategies.Precisely,this paper contains three important parts,which shows as follows:(1)Analysis and research on electric vehicle power battery management technology.It analyzes the composition of battery management and discusses the key technologies of battery management.On this basis,the state of charge and its estimation,battery group,and battery balancing scheme are discussed.(2)Analysis and research on operation strategies of electric vehicle charging and swapping station.The present operation modes are analyzed.The operation mode which purses maximal profit of charging and swapping station is built.In combination with all kinds of factors of charging and swapping station operation,the operation strategy of charging and swapping are put forward.(3)Take the construction of new energy service facility platform in heze as an example,the operation return analysis is researched and the economical efficiency of operation strategies are discussed.Finally,this paper has made some progress on battery management and operation strategy of electric vehicle charging and swapping station.And these research has been applied on the new energy service facility platform in heze,which has positive meaning to the promotion and population of electric vehicles in the future.
