The permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production and people’s livelihood products due to their simple structure, small size, high power density and strong control ability. The speed sensor-less control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor to achieve speed and identification of rotor position will reduce the size and cost of the closed-loop control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, improve the anti-interference ability of the system. Moreover, speed sensor-less control technology has superiority in some harsh industrial environment. Based on the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and adopt model reference adaptive control and the vector control as the core algorithm,this paper develop the three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system without speed sensor. The following work has done:Firstly, research the rotor structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the coordinate transformation theory after a review of the extensive literature, the author sets up the permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate system mathematical model; study’s on the principle of SVPWM and gives the SVPWM simulation model. This paper is not only do some analysis several common vector control strategies on the permanent magnet synchronous motor, but also establishes the simulation model of vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor base on id= 0 control strategy.Secondly, research on the basic principle of model reference adaptive control and model reference adaptive control system structure. Prove the online identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on model reference adaptive control is right, the solution of model reference adaptive control theory based on the principle of super stability is determined to identification the speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Design the simulation model of speed sensor-less vector control. The vector control system with speed sensor-less of permanent magnet synchronous motor has simulation verification.At last, on the basis of theory analysis, author builds the system of permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency speed control. Design the hardware platform of the system, select the key components of hardware circuit, and design the module of variable frequency drive in engineering way. The open-loop control and closed-loop control software platform of the system. Finally experimental results show the correctness of the hardware circuit of the system and open software platform. This study has a certain energy saving promotion and market value.
