With the rapid development of international project contracting market, under the policy guidance Chinese government "going out", the influx of a large number of domestic contractors to the international project contracting market, at the same time, a lot of foreign investors in our policy attracted into the Chinese construction market. NEC and its corresponding management contract in an international form of long-standing practice, in the case of the growing internationalization of strengthening our country will continue to contact and application of the contract, the importance of research and analysis of its increasingly prominent. International projects long construction period, investment, participants’ complexity, uncertainty complex, its risk management research is necessary. In the course of the project make decisions, managers need to establish a viable project risk assessment system based on the actual situation, select the most appropriate risk management methods.In this thesis, the theory and method of project risk management as the basis, standing on the contractor’s point of view, the international project construction projects encountered risk factors were analyzed and summarized. This thesis mainly from risk identification, risk assessment, risk assessment and risk response proceed in four stages, introduced expert investigation method, AHP, Monte Carlo, fuzzy risk assessment method commonly used method. When the international project risk management, combined with the actual situation contractors need to find an effective risk management approach. In order to achieve high efficiency evaluation objectives, the article will have a strong advantage in the data processing rough sets and support vector machine combination, which uses RS-SVM model as a risk assessment tool. Based on the case to prove the advantage of the illustration evaluation and it’s broad application value.
