This thesis mainly from risk identification, risk assessment, risk assessment and risk response proceed in four stages, introduced expert investigation method, AHP, Monte Carlo, fuzzy risk assessment method commonly used method. When the international project risk management, combined with the actual situation contractors need to find an effective risk management approach.
