Research On The Landscape Design Of Urban Roadside Green Space

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, the city residents are eager to have a healthy and beautiful living environment. Urban green space can effectively improve the ecological environment, improve the life quality of residents, and maintain the diversity and stability of urban ecosystem. In recent years, many cities have attached more and more attention to the improvement of ecological environment, some landscape engineerings have been carried out, and many urban green spaces were constructed. However, they tend to pay more attention to the construction of large scale green space, which is not conducive to solving the problem of urban land tension, but also increased the cost of green space construction. Therefore, the problem we should pay attention to and solve is how to develop, use and protect the small scale green space in the city.Urban roadside green space is a small scale green space in the city, as a public open green space, it is closely related to citizens’ daily life and activities, and plays an irreplaceable role in urban green space system because of its openness, convenience, compactness, diversity and other characteristics. The construction of urban roadside green space can achieve the effect of the rational utilization of land resources, and also is an effective way to improve the urban ecological environment and living quality. Therefore, there is very important theoretical significance and practical significance for researching on urban roadside green space landscape and discussing how to create a comfortable and pleasant public city green open space.This study discussed the theory and method of roadside green space landscape design from the point of the practical function, ecological function and landscape function of the roadside green space. And put forward the conclusion and development of roadside green space landscape with Fuzhou as an example. Firstly, this paper introduced the research background and the selected topic, research methods and technical route, domestic and foreign research status briefly, and discussed concept, classification, characteristics and design principles and theoretical basis of the urban roadside green space in details. Secondly, the investigation case of the roadside greenbelt in Fuzhou is analyzed, and the success and shortage of the green space is summarized. Thirdly, from the practical point of view, this paper fully combined the theoretical research with investigation analysis, start from road facilities, rest facilities, landscape sketch, recreation fitness equipment, health services and identification facilities of the roadside greenbelt, carried out the humanization design and analysis, and put forward the corresponding design countermeasures. this paper investigated and studied the plant landscape of roadside green space in Fuzhou City from the angle of landscape and ecological. It selected 50 samples, and there are 66 families,115 genera,66 species of plant which is respectively accounted for 36.07%, 16.81%,9.43% of existing resources in Fuzhou; in addition, it also analyzed the community characteristics of roadside green space plant landscape, did plant landscape evaluation, put forward the optimization measures of roadside green space plant landscape in Fuzhou City. Finally, it summarized the construction of green space in Fuzhou city, put forward relevant suggestions and provided a reference for the construction and development of roadside green space landscape of Fuzhou City in the future.
