Research On The Application Of Ecological Design Method In Landscape Design Of Modern Residential District

Residential area as the main place of human living, as people pay more attention to the environmental problems of residential outdoor environment has became an important index to evaluate the living environment. Ecology is persuades to various fields of modern life, with the environmental problems becoming increasingly prominent today, ecological concept gets support among the people, and gradually penetrates into people’s daily life and work. Sustainable development becomes the consensus of human future development mode. In this paper, in the view of ecological, study the landscape design of residential area, with the actual situation in residential development, to explore how the ecological method is applied to design residential areas, and how to build a comfortable, convenient, the sustainable development of human settlements. This paper first introduces the meaning of landscape ecology and 7 basic principles: the ecological evolution and ecological succession theory; spatial heterogeneity and biodiversity theory; landscape heterogeneity and the symbiosis theory of heterogeneity; the ecological construction and ecological location theory; the scale effect and the natural hierarchy theory; biological geochemistry and geochemical landscape theory; island biogeography and spatial mosaic theory. After that this paper analyzes the characteristics of the residential environment: leading and controlling of human activities; the opening and instability of the ecologic system; uniqueness and vulnerability of residential landscape. Then it analyzes the present situation of construction of residential areas, put forward some existing problems in Chinese landscape design. According to the principles of landscape ecology and the environmental characteristics of residential Sums up several area ecological design principles designers should follow when designing: the overall principles of landscape design; the principle of ecology; the principle of sustainability; the principle of humanity; local principle. On this basis, through the analysis of the status quo puts forward some suggestions for Space construction, Waterscape, Greening configuration, traffic and parking and refuse classification. The purpose is to help the impact on the surrounding environment in the process of area development and construction to a minimum; to maintain the ecological balance of the original site; to make the residential area suiting and getting along with original ecological environment harmoniously; to coordinate the relationship between human and nature, and the relationship between human and environment, to dynamic role in natural systems, to explore the ecological function of landscape fully, to form a benign circle ecological system In the living region. And studying some community in Baoding as instance, analyzes the landscape status of each district and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages, As our reference of designing residential landscape in the future.
