High-rise building is the inevitable outcome of social development, while out-of-Codes high-rise building is the product of architects pursuit of appearance and function, which is also the symbol of social civilization. With the progress of the society, there are more and more out-of-Codes high-rise buildings, it is necessary to summarize out-of-Codes high-rise buildings’ transfinite types and strengthening measures.This article mainly analyzes the out-of-Codes high-rise buildings’transfinite types, strengthening measures and some representative meaning of Out-of-Codes high-rise buildings, some conclusions are made as follows:(1) With the increase of building height, the lateral control of the building become the focus of the high-rise building design.For buildings which exceed height limit, mainly use the bored piles, pile raft foundation, and adopt thick raft to compensate for the disadvantageous factors of the foundation soil, satisfies the requirement of bearing capacity and settlement requirements; and choose the good ductility of steel reinforced concrete column or steel pipe concrete column.(2) All out-of-Codes high-rise building’s torsional displacement ratios are greater than 1.2, so the choices of the structure size and the structure arrangement of symmetry are important and difficult in structure design.(3) Among Out-of-Codes high-rise buildings,33.3% are concave and protruding abnormity and combination plane irregular; 66.6% of the floor slab are local discontinuous, those the local open hole area of which is more than 30% and those whose layer effective width is less than 50% are equal; Those with side stiffness of abnormity accounted for 50%; Those with discontinuous component to resist lateral force accounted for 46.3%; Those with bearing capacity of mutations accounted for 18.5%; Those with wear layer column accounted for 68.5%, and slant column accounted for 20.4%.(4) By analyzing the twin towers with connecting part, there does not exist stiffness mutation of the weak layer, and the north and the south tower vibration modal is less affected. The north and south towers basically maintain their vibration under the minor earthquake. Under middle and strong earthquakes, the structure can also meet the requirements of the specification.
