In this dissertation, based on lots of investigation and analysis of the internal and overseas DAS (Data Acquisition System) and DSP(Digital Signal Processing) technology, according to requirement of government supported 863 project development of intelligent embedded system aimed to Mechanical & Electronic instruments Status Monitor and Trouble Diagnose,some technology ,DSP FPGA(Field Programable Gate Array)and EDA(Electronic Design Automation),introduced to put forward a method of DAPS(Data Acquisition and Processing System).And system structure, method of software/hardware design and realization have been described.In chapter 1, the development status and application status of trouble diagnose and status monitor technique is described, and some technology involved also is introduced.In chapter 2, after analyzing the technology of trouble diagnose and involved technique, DAPS hardware, including DSP, USB etc., be researched. Different system schemes is compared and system features also be introduced.In chapter 3,system structure and function have been put up and feasible plan has been analyzed. Three parts, which make up the system, has been introduced respectively. At last, the plan of assemble the 3 parts into one system is described.In chapter 4, software design and realization, including DSP, FPGA, have been described. Some key code been introduced, and development circumstance of DSP, FPGA be put up.In chapter 5, after introduced the frame of hardware, hardware design and realization method is described, including development plan, devices analyze and peripheries circuit and interface between two chip. At last PCB layout and EMC(Electronic Magnetic Compatibility) is describe.In chapter 6, the content is summarized, and the issue waiting for resolving in the further is given.
