With the rapid development of global economy, a series problems of resource and environmental are becoming increasingly prominent. It directly relate to human’s health and even the living conditions. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of living standards, human demand for energy is increasing. Our renewable energy sources is abundant and on the use of renewable energy sources, solar power and wind power generation is considered to be mature technology and have been used widely.Wind and solar power energy storage system is based on the resource complementarity and similarity of power generation system to convert part of the structure between solar photovoltaic and wind power,at the same time, it can use energy to maximize and reduce the use of unnecessary equipment.This paper reviewed the background of our existing energy, environment and electricity demand and obtained and by analyzing the existing foreign and domestic research on wind and solar power energy storage system,I found: ①The research on the economy of the entire system and its influencing factors was not sufficient currently.②We could not determine whether the factors affecting photovoltaic and wind power can affect the amount of wind and solar power energy storage system or not.First I analyzed the system, including basic structure, fundamental, types and development of solar photovoltaic and wind power, constitution and fundamental of battery energy storage and water electrolysis hydrogen energy storage and their differences and the function and role of the controller and the inverter. Then I analyzed the economic evaluation and calculated the cost per unit of electricity and static payback period when wind and solar is sure or not and using battery energy storage or use water electrolysis hydrogen storage. Against on solar photovoltaic and wind power economic factors,I analyzed sensitivity factors. The wind and solar power energy storage systems is designed and installed, I studied the factors affecting whether p-v and wind power will affect the system or not and thereby affect the economy of the entire system. At last, I got the conclusion: for the hole system,the greater power output of the solar, the system with battery energy storage was more obvious on the economy; the sensitive factors to economic of photovoltaic power were effective use of the hours number and conversion efficiency and that to economic of wind power was wind speed; to the experimental system, the biggest factor was ambient temperature and the bigger was fans price. The higher the temperature was, the greater the system power was, so the greater the output power was, the better the economy was.
