| With the fast development of modern city, the traditional water supply system can not meet the needs of water users any more.Nowadays,the constant pressure water supply system is popular in secondary water supply engineering.The constant pressure water supply system has the characteristics of energy saving, safety, high quality.So,it is wildly used in life and fire fighting equipment of factory,residence and high-rise buildings.Constant pressure water supply refers to that regardless of the level of water demand,the users can keep the water pressure constant at any time.In the system structure,the main components of constant pressure water supply system are PLC, water pump and frequency converter.The advantages of this scheme is that it has high degree of automation and high efficiency.Therefore water tower supply scheme in the past was replaced by this control scheme.The constant pressure water supply system has high degree of automation and high efficiency,so it is wildly used in engineering at this time,and its economic benefits is obvious.In this paper, we focus on how to establish the constant pressure water supply system which facing residence.After that,we add remote monitoring equipment, which reduces labor costs.At first,it introduces the composition of he constant pressure water supply system.The main components of the system are PLC, water pump and frequency converter.Then according to the analysis of control algorithm,we adopt the the PID control algorithm which is the most mature and reliable, stable algorithm,and simulate it using MATLAB.The work of selecting the kinds of electrical components and the programming of PLC is very important.To achieve the goal of remote monitoring,this scheme do a deep study on communication protocol.This scheme adopts the PLC of S7-200 and the frequency converter of MM440 which are manufactured by the Siemens company from Germany.On the basis of that, this scheme achieve the goal of controlling three pumps by using PID control algorithm.This scheme using the Communication protocol of Profibus-DP and TCP/IP to achieve the goal of remote monitoring. |
