With the scale enlargement of Gome online sales and the increase of the customer groups, the amount of Gome logistics company logistics distribution is showing the trend of increasing business. The wider the distribution covers, the higher requirements the consumers will have about the quick and accurate delivery from the logistics distribution.At present, as to the mode of operation, business of Gome logistics distribution is still given priority to the logistics from the third party, the self-built logistics as the assistant means, continuing the traditional mode in the logistics distribution business. In Gome logistics distribution business, we will face the following problems: the slower response leading to the decrease of the quality of the service, and the irrational allocation of the logistics transportation and ineffective use of resources.This thesis is based on the implementing optimization project of Gome logistics distribution system, taking the status of Gome logistics distribution business as the point of penetration. Firstly, the author presents a brief introduction of Gome logistics distribution business scope, its network layout, type and distribution business process and information system. Secondly, through the customer relationship management(CRM) system terminal and the customer complaints about logistics distribution business data, the thesis analyzes the main problems of Gome logistics distribution business, finding that in Gome logistics company, straight-delivery type and decentralized-delivery type distribution business is still in need of vehicle scheduling personnel in the transportation management system, operating by the manual mode of single order transport dispatching management. The transport management system lacks the support of global positioning system(GPS) and geographic information system technology. The logistics dispatching personnels are responsible only for the order, not for the distribution vehicle route planning. For quite a long time, distribution vehicle scheduling scheme has been relying on the judgment of vehicle scheduling personnel’s experience. Information system does not support real-time visualization of logistics distribution vehicle tracking and other specific issues. Thirdly, combining with the actual situation of Gome logistics company, the thesis proposes the model of utilizing the shortest-path and Dijkstra algorithm to practise the direct distribution vehicle line in Gome logistics company, optimizing and applying the mileage-saving algorithm of distribution vehicle scheduling optimization to realize the distributed type in order to solve the problem of logistics distribution vehicle route planning, logistics distribution vehicle scheduling scheme limited by the judgment of the logistics scheduling personnel’s experience in Gome logistics company.Gome logistics distribution business is the logistics activity facing directly to the end customers, needing the powerful technical support of information system and high efficient logistics distribution management. In order to implement the conclusion of the study, the thesis first proposes the specific optimization measures to install the global positioning system(GPS), geographic information system, to preset the algorithm for vehicle routing model and the logistics development platform of mobile management information system. Secondly, the thesis proposes the specific optimization measures about the mode of straight-delivery type distribution class line management, the mobile platform with the help of logistics decentralized- distribution business management and establishing information- sharing mechanism with the third party logistics company distribution management to enhance the Gome logistics company delivery efficiency and improve the optimization of logistics resources configuration services.
