| Since "National Expressway Network Plan (2013-2030)" was announced in June 2013, China’s "71118" highway network officially carry out. Another 47,000 km highway needs to be built on the original "7918" net. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, a growing number of technical standards for road traffic has been unable to meet the growing demand, resulting in varying degrees of damage on most highway pavement structures and mainline bridge insufficient bearing capacity, traffic safety facilities obsolescence issues such as traffic conditions worsening, which leads to short conservation cycle and frequent construction. Capacity and service level roads can not meet the traffic demand, therefore a Wide Range of China’s highway construction should be enforced.At present, China has gradually entered the massive highway maintenance stage, overhaul engineering become more and more frequent. Therefore, in order to ensure overhaul run normally and safely, to protect the safety and smooth flow of the existing Highway during the overhaul, to maintain security and stability of traffic environment, highway maintenance project studying is necessary.This paper take maintenance projects, the first stage of the high way overhaul project of G4 Beijing-HongKong-Macao National Highway from Leiyang to Yizhang in Hunan Province and the overhaul project from Yiyang to Changde in Hunan Province, as example, illustrate two setting method of two-dimension and three-dimension to traffic safety facilities according to the features of larger flow of cars and Cross regional travel, providing reference to similar highway project. To two different traffic patterns of "half-closed construction, half-way traffic in two direction" and "half-closed construction, half-way traffic in single direction", I made some design, simulation and optimization qualitatively by a comprehensive analysis. |
