Studies On Traffic Organization In Freeway Reconstruction Scheme

With fast growth of traffic volume on freeway in our country, a lot of freeways that built up in early years appear that their capacities are insufficient, service levels drop, pavements damage, and those become the reasons of traffic jam and all kinds of road traffic accidents. In order to improve these conditions, some freeways have carried on the reconstruction. Main-taming traffic moving plan is one of key tasks for freeway reconstruction.Both domestic and aboard researches are analyzed, and the study issues, emphases of the paper are put forward. Then, analyzed the various ways of freeway reconstruction technology are been summarized and their advantages and disadvantages are given, and reconstructed, and apply some theories and techniques traffic engineering, behavioral science, probability and stochastic analysis techniques to analyze the traffic characteristics and capacity of freeway work time.Secondly, traffic organization project are established, and according to the traffic characteristics of freeway reconstruction time, including inner freeway work organization, network distributaries and organization of unique feature. Project evaluation methods and project evaluation targets system are analyzed.Finally, based on the traffic organization of freeway reconstruction, this paper designs traffic organization of xitong expressway, and evaluates the project. Also the study on traffic organization and project evaluation of expressway works proves to be right.
